What are the key factors to consider before engaging a contractor?

Sha was a recommendation from her niece, Aisyah, whose house we also renovated in Tampines. The challenge was that they were going to start just before the circuit breaker during Covid. We told them it was not a good timing, and insisted that the works were done after when we got permission from BCA. This was to avoid any unnecessary stress for either party. Sha even sent us a review again through Instagram in 2024 to show our works.
