Something happened in 2022 that made us create this. Google decided to delete our business profile where we had been collecting reviews. Before this, there was a 6-month suspension. Business was affected, and we realised just how important it was to have a reviews page that we own.
You might ask: if we control the page, how do you know the content is genuine? Integrity and authenticity are values we uphold highly. We will not allow ourselves to create or pay people to do this. That's why we try to put a face, a photo of the project, and the feedback customers give us through WhatsApp and feedback forms — as much as possible, while still allowing some of the shy ones their space.

"Finally! A one star review even when we’ve done no work for Mr Bernard. This is a special one, and deserves a mention. He took the time to write this one review as he was disappointed that we didnt quote him for the project. Even went as far as to mention that wqe had wasted his time, even when we are the one that spent time and fuel to go over to his place while he was at home. Mr Bernard is special, he doesnt like to discuss things on the spot. When there is a question while he was speaking about a particular work. You cannot ask a question. You’re expected to take notes while is speaking or giving a speech, and then ask the question when he finishes 20mins later! The part that i know that there would be a challenge should he award the project to us is the waste sink pipe for kitchen sink and washer. He expected to change the embedded pvc pipe in the concrete, while telling us that its just at the surface and it’s not that hard. Mind you, he’s not planning to hack the floor tiles in the kitchen. Given the circumstances, we feel that it would be best to avoid quoting for the project altogether. "
