Renovation of my 3 room resale flat consisted of full hacking (except walls), full tiling including kitchen wall tiles up to ceiling, re- wiring, new plumbing, new doors and complete. Renovation of 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Renovation went faster than expected, and we were able to move in, within 1 month. Cupboard installation and minor touch ups went for another 2 weeks with no disturbance to us living there. Mr. Aidil went beyond our expectations and he was willing to listen and adjust to our needs. What is remarkable is that he is true to his words, punctual and honest. Went though quotations of at least 5 other renovation companies and found this company to be of better value with no hidden or unnecessary charges.

We happy to share our experience with RCS and their team, who recently completed our 4 room BTO renovation. We first found RCS through our family members & friend whom recommended them to us. We trusted their judgements and went ahead with RCS. The initial consultation was with Hussin followed by Aidil for execution. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, their professionalism and expertise were impressive. When we first met Aidil, we informed him that we hope to have our house ready by Hari Raya. However he exceeded our expectations by completing it just right before Chinese New Year, 1 month earlier. When we got our keys in Mid December, Aidil got his team started few days after and completed within a month by meeting our expectations of the house, budget and timeframe, despite all the delays due to end year holidays. RCS also uses Google Calendar to organize and manage the project which was seamless for us to track their works. Whenever we noticed issues such as leaking, missing item or even carpentry issues, Aidil was speedy in solving them. He would attend to it as soon as possible. Least to say, we do not have much issues with their workmanship. Aidil is accommodating and reliant. We are satisfied with the final results, and we would highly recommend RCS to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled renovation contractor that can meet your expectations within your budget and time. Alhamdulillah, I am very happy with my recent kitchen and 2 toilets renovation by Renovation Contractor Singapore. The project manager is very dedicated to his work. Easy going person and always giving good advice and daily updates with regards to the renovation. I also like the quality of the materials use, which is of good grade materials. Alhamdulillah, the most important thing is that the renovation was completed on time and within budget.
