01What's the difference between a Resale Adhoc Package and the 3, 4 or 5-Room Resale Packages?

The 3, 4 and 5-Room Resale packages provide a broader renovation scope based on your flat type.

Resale Adhoc Packages are intended for homeowners who only need renovation works in specific areas of their existing home.

02Can I take more than one Resale Adhoc Package?

Yes. If you need works in more than one area, the relevant packages can be combined based on what you want to renovate.

03Can I customise what's included in an Adhoc Package?

Yes. The package gives you a starting scope.

If there are existing items you want to retain, works you don't require or additional works you want included, these can be discussed based on your unit and renovation requirements.

04How do I know whether an Adhoc Package or a full Resale package makes more sense?

Start with the extent of the changes you actually want to make.

If your renovation is concentrated in specific areas of the home, an Adhoc Package may provide the scope you need. If you're replacing or changing considerably more throughout the flat, compare the combined works against the relevant 3, 4 or 5-Room Resale package before deciding.

05Does the existing condition of my resale flat affect the final cost?

Yes. Two resale flats of the same type can require very different amounts of work.

Existing finishes, concealed conditions, plumbing, electrical works, carpentry and what you choose to retain or remove can affect the eventual scope and cost. The listed package price therefore covers the stated scope rather than every possible condition found in an existing home.
