The Story Behind This Reviews Page
Something happened in 2022 that made us create this. Google decided to delete our business profile where we had been collecting reviews. Before this, there was a 6-month suspension. Business was affected, and we realised just how important it was to have a reviews page that we own.
You might ask: if we control the page, how do you know the content is genuine? Integrity and authenticity are values we uphold highly. We will not allow ourselves to create or pay people to do this. That's why we try to put a face, a photo of the project, and the feedback customers give us through WhatsApp and feedback forms — as much as possible, while still allowing some of the shy ones their space.

"We engaged the RCS team when we needed to renovate (mostly refurbish) our resale HDB unit. Aidil's team was responsive from the start, with a free site visit followed by a timely quotation. Aidil was helpful in providing input on what could / could not be done based on our ideas. E.g. we wanted to install a wall fan in the kitchen but based on the layout / fan design we wanted it wasn't suitable, so we refrained from wasting time / money on that. Aidil and team were also very quick to get started once we decided to engage their services. It was a fun process, from getting to choose the wall paint colors, door frame colors, bathroom door panel frame / material / color, bedroom door patterns, door handle etc, we were able to choose many of the smallest details that went in. The team also kept us informed the whole time, sending updates / messages / images as the works progressed, so you are assured that the job is being done. We were overall happy with the final result when we visited our unit once the works were done. Highly recommended to engage the RCS team if you want a team that is reasonably priced, engaging / responsive and efficient in getting the job done."
"Siva contacted us through one of our Facebook posts sharings. Initially, we revamped their kitchen cabinets. And after 1mth, we revamped their sink support when they had enough budget for that as well. Both were done within their Deepavali, and another just before Thaipusam. We encountered a few hiccups along the way especially when nearing to completion. But we managed to overcome all this and complete everything on time. "

Trust Has To Be Earned
Every renovation eventually comes to an end. But for us, that's never been the end of the relationship.
Many of the homeowners you met on this page came through a recommendation from someone we had worked with before. Others later introduced us to their family, friends and colleagues. We don't take that trust lightly.
