RCS reviews, all collated in one place.
Something happened in 2022 that made us create this. Google decided to delete our business profile where we had been collecting reviews.
Before this, there was a 6 mths suspension.
Business was affected, and we realized just how important it was to have a reviews page that we own.
You might ask;- If we control the page, how do you know content is genuine?
Integrity and authenticity are something that we uphold highly. We will not allow ourselves to create or pay people to do this. That's why we try to put a face, photo of project and the feedbacks they give us through whatsapp and feedback forms. As much as it's possible, while still allowing some of the shy ones some space.

Kumar & Jolene - Executive Resale Jurong West Street 61

Jolene's husband, Kumar had contacted us through Facebook. We discussed a little bit about their needed renovation, and arranged to meet at the unit to finalize the works.
Kumar had put his trust in us since the beginning, as he had sensed we were sharing truthfully about the renovation even when the contract was not awarded to us yet.
He appreciated us for this, and we completed his resale EA in Jurong West within the agreed timeline even though there were delays caused by their vanity supplier.
They were a very pleasant couple to work with, and we are very happy to have helped them realise their dream home.

Lennie was a mentor when we joined BNI Champions.
Coincidentally, his in laws needed to spruce up their unit for rental. We started by clearing the space out, revamping the whole kitchen, rewiring the unit and finishing it off with a fresh coat of paint. Happy and grateful that this had helped them get a very good price for their rental.
Not forgetting of course, the agent that was tasked to find the perfect tenants did an amazing job marketing the unit.

We renovated Malek's parents 4rm resale. They were a referral from another woodlands client. We are stoked to have over delivered on the timeline given.

Ms Hung contacted us through our facebook contact form for her renovation. We discussed briefly through whatsapp, quoted her and made a site visit to the unit. After that, we met again at our office to straighten some final details and we commenced with her renovation. She even did blinds and curtains with us.

Naufal contacted us through our social ads. He was upgrading from a MOP unit to a larger one. It was right smack in the middle of Covid era, and his project was the first one we did after getting permission from BCA to resume work. It was not easy, although we managed to pull it off.
Sandy and Joshua - 5 room BTO Resale Edgedale Plains

Sandy reached out to us through our online contact form. She had wanted to revamp the entire unit, and prepare it for retirement.
This project was managed by Aidil, our Project manager and coordinated by one of our coordinators who had left us.
Yasin - 5 room Resale Woodlands Avenue 4

When Yasin came across our website, he decided to take up our 2 Toilets Resale Package.
He also wanted to hack the living and balcony wall, while levelling up his balcony with living.
There were some delays when HDB didn't approve the balcony wall hacking and top up of balcony even after 2 weeks.
He kept checking the online submission, and at the same time called HDB's officer in charge to check on the delay. Eventually, HDB gave us the go head and project was completed without any further delays.
