Our Story

A Better Renovation Experience Starts with How It's Managed.

RCS didn't begin with a perfect formula for renovation.

My experience with the industry started years earlier, working on demolition sites and later with a carpentry company. At the time, I was young and simply doing the work. It was only much later, after going through my own renovations and working with different people in the industry, that I began to see renovation from very different sides.

I experienced poor workmanship as a homeowner. I saw what happens when communication breaks down, when trades aren't properly managed, and when promises aren't followed through. And when I eventually decided to go out on my own, I still had plenty to learn.

Our processes have evolved over the years. So has the way we plan, communicate and manage our projects. Much of what RCS does today came from experience - seeing what worked, learning from what didn't, and continuously improving the way we manage renovations.

Today, that thinking remains at the heart of RCS: plan early, communicate clearly and manage every stage with purpose.

Because a good renovation isn't only about the home you receive at the end.

It's also about how you get there.

What We Stand For

  • Structure Comes First

A renovation has many moving parts, and good management starts before they come together on site. We plan ahead, coordinate each stage and prepare for what comes next so homeowners aren't left figuring things out as the renovation moves along.

  • Respect Across the Board

A well-managed renovation depends on everyone involved. Homeowners, our team, vendors and the people doing the work deserve to be treated fairly and professionally. Clear instructions, proper coordination and timely payments help everyone do their part well.

  • Transparency Is Standard

Homeowners should know where their renovation stands. From quotations and payments to schedules, changes and project updates, we keep the important things visible and communicated clearly throughout the process.

  • Issues Are Solved, Not Ignored

Renovation doesn't always go exactly as planned. What matters is how problems are handled when they arise. We address issues, work towards solutions and take responsibility for keeping the project moving.

  • Completed bathroom vanity with mirror cabinet and cove lighting

Homeowner Reviews

Brian

Brian had opted to do exposed piping instead of the standard concealed pipes for his 2 toilets. It was not easy to pull off, with occupants living in. And we’re very happy that it was a very positive experience for him.

Lawrence & Cherral

Cherral found us on Ai, and was strongly recommended by Ai when she was researching. They waited for 4mths to be handed over the unit, and had only 1wk to renovate and start for business. She had contacted us on a Tuesday, arranged for site visit on a Wednesday. Confirmed the works on the following Thursday, and we started planning, scheduling and execution on the very next Monday. All this in the month of January in 2025! We were done with most of the works by Saturday. And completed the signage just before their opening & glass entrance by the following Wednesday. You can imagine the speed that we were moving at added on to it the rush of CNY in mid Feb.
