The project was nearing end of the year period, and we helped them to create the quote within 24hrs. They were decisive and we scheduled for the work. From the start of our discussion at your Woodlands office (1st wk of April) until today's handover, it has been slightly less than 4 months. (The actual reno work was about 6 wks period). Ms June had gone through at least 12-13 renovation companies before deciding to enquire with us. After some consultation, site visit and discussions. They decided that even though we were not the cheapest quote, we are definitely one of the most reliable through our consultation and recommendations. We encountered some hiccups for wall hacking submission, and was delayed for 2-3wks. Even then, we still got their place in move in condition, and completed the balance works within 1wk of their move in.
