Something happened in 2022 that made us create this. Google decided to delete our business profile where we had been collecting reviews. Before this, there was a 6-month suspension. Business was affected, and we realised just how important it was to have a reviews page that we own.
You might ask: if we control the page, how do you know the content is genuine? Integrity and authenticity are values we uphold highly. We will not allow ourselves to create or pay people to do this. That's why we try to put a face, a photo of the project, and the feedback customers give us through WhatsApp and feedback forms — as much as possible, while still allowing some of the shy ones their space.

Angie contacted us through google last year in 2024. Although only decided to proceed in early 2025. We were definitely not the lowest quote, but she trusted us to know that we don't use underhand tactics to add on to the quote later. Her mama was also very happy with us as we managed to deliver their project on time, considering the complexity of it we still managed to complete in just 1mth.

From the start of our discussion at your Woodlands office (1st wk of April) until today's handover, it has been slightly less than 4 months. (The actual reno work was about 6 wks period).
