Royce is a recommendation from his fiance’s Dad, who we did a kitchen revamp for in Choa Chu Kang Ave 4. He has a unique theme for the whole unit. And sadly only found out that most of the layout revamp cannot be done as most of the units have beams for the walls. Even though he only confirmed the project during our peak period, and when all of our slots were already full. We still managed to pull off the renovation within our usual timeline.
