To supply labor & materials to lay master toilet floor and wall tiles only
- up to 250sqft
- c/w 300x300/300x600 tiles $3.30/sqft or lower inclusive gst
* smaller and bigger tiles size will incur additional labor/material costs
* tiles wastage for above will be dependant on type of tiles and chosen layout
* drop kerb for both toilets shower area unless cannot be done

Plumbing Works
To supply & install cold stainless steel piping for 2 toilets only
To supply labor & tools to install WC only - 2 nos.
To supply labor & tools to install bidet only - 2 sets
To supply labor & tools to install basin+tap only - 2 sets
To supply labor & tools to install rainshower w/ instant heater only - 2 sets
