RCS offers an hourly renovation consultation from SGD 150 — get a professional assessment of a unit's condition and an itemised renovation quote on the spot. As an HDB licensed and BCA registered contractor in Singapore, our fees are offset when you engage us for the works. Full details are below.

"Cherral found us on Ai, and was strongly recommended by Ai when she was researching. They waited for 4mths to be handed over the unit, and had only 1wk to renovate and start for business. She had contacted us on a Tuesday, arranged for site visit on a Wednesday. Confirmed the works on the following Thursday, and we started planning, scheduling and execution on the very next Monday. All this in the month of January in 2025! We were done with most of the works by Saturday. And completed the signage just before their opening & glass entrance by the following Wednesday.
