RCS offers an hourly renovation consultation from SGD 150 — get a professional assessment of a unit's condition and an itemised renovation quote on the spot. As an HDB licensed and BCA registered contractor in Singapore, our fees are offset when you engage us for the works. Full details are below.

They decided that even though we were not the cheapest quote, we are definitely one of the most reliable through our consultation and recommendations.
