Sembawang Deck Completion Date: Sep 2029 + Reno Cost

"When Yasin came across our website, he decided to take up our 2 Toilets Resale Package. He also wanted to hack the living and balcony wall, while levelling up his balcony with living. There were some delays when HDB didn't approve the balcony wall hacking and top up of balcony even after 2 weeks. He kept checking the online submission, and at the same time called HDB's officer in charge to check on the delay. Eventually, HDB gave us the go head and project was completed without any further delays."

"They met us a couple of months before their handover date. We did a kitchen revamp, rewiring and extensive carpentry for the whole house. A very pleasant couple to work with, and we wish them blessings in their new place. Oh! It was their colleague Farhan who recommended them!"

"He was helping a friend and her mum move into their new flat. Mostly only carpentry and electrical works. And the best thing was we still keep in touch until today. The best thing that can happen is when a client turns into a friend."

"We've known each other for quite a while, even before I was in renovation. He was just married and had gotten his new place. Glad that we were entrusted with this project; it was in our early years of renovation when we started out."
