Sembawang Deck Completion Date: Sep 2029 + Reno Cost

"Naufal contacted us through our social ads. He was upgrading from a MOP unit to a larger one. It was right smack in the middle of Covid era, and his project was the first one we did after getting permission from BCA to resume work. It was not easy, although we managed to pull it off. "

"Mr Patrick, was looking to retire here. He had just spent some time living in Australia, and decided to come back here to rest. He was a pleasant person to work with, and only took under 5mins to decide on his choice of tiles for his kitchen, bathroom and toilet. As always, we completed his renovation way ahead of schedule. "Thank U so much for the services rendered. We love the wardrobes. I love my room especially. It's so inviting and cozy, for me. The extension of the table serves as the sleeping spots for my fur babies."

"Puan Wati contacted us through one of our articles on toilet renovation. We came over to discuss about their toilets and budget. They were really happy with our consultation & proposal. And decided to engage us after we presented our quote proposal. Even though their vanity delivery & rectification delayed the whole process, we managed to execute everything up to our professional standards. "

"Putra found us on google and after looking at our toilet renovation packages, he immediately knew he wanted to engage us. After consultation, we proceeded to schedule for the works as he was veery decisive. Along the way, he also added more hacking works, painting and also parquet polishing for the bedrooms. Nice couple that had just moved into the Jurong estate. "

"I'm glad we still kept this photo. I take you back in time. This was one of my first projects closed by myself, and the moment that I knew I was ready. Being in the renovation industry, doing sales was not my expertise. Neither was renovation. I can safely say that I learned the ropes on my own, in the streets and from looking at how people do things. We've come a long way indeed."

"Riduan enquired with us since a year ago, and was looking to let his HIP complete first before deciding to renovate. He was referred to us by one of our friends that we did some works for previously. The project consists pf hacking his whole house flooring, revamp of his kitchen, rewiring, some other minor works and helping him to coordinate the air con installation. "

"Royce is a recommendation from his fiance’s Dad, who we did a kitchen revamp for in Choa Chu Kang Ave 4. He has a unique theme for the whole unit. And sadly only found out that most of the layout revamp cannot be done as most of the units have beams for the walls. Even though he only confirmed the project during our peak period, and when all of our slots were already full. We still managed to pull off the renovation within our usual timeline. Have a look at our handover photo with Royce, and try to see if you can figure out what the theme is."

"He had a very specific design, and was looking to use this for one of his obstacle courses. It was not something easily done, and at the same time it needed to be strong enough to withstand the obstacles."
