Sembawang Deck Completion Date: Sep 2029 + Reno Cost

"Benjamin contacted us 5 months before his renovation was scheduled, through one of our toilet renovation packages. When he invited us over for further discussion, we learned that he was looking to combine the bath and WC together. As the toilet package was not suitable for this, we gave him an itemised quote instead, and started the works within 2 weeks after all the submissions were approved. Working in a HDB unit in the heart of the CBD has its own challenges, and at the same time gives you a sense of nostalgia, looking at how far we've come."

"Finally! A one star review even when we’ve done no work for Mr Bernard. This is a special one, and deserves a mention. He took the time to write this one review as he was disappointed that we didnt quote him for the project. Even went as far as to mention that wqe had wasted his time, even when we are the one that spent time and fuel to go over to his place while he was at home. Mr Bernard is special, he doesnt like to discuss things on the spot. When there is a question while he was speaking about a particular work. You cannot ask a question. You’re expected to take notes while is speaking or giving a speech, and then ask the question when he finishes 20mins later! The part that i know that there would be a challenge should he award the project to us is the waste sink pipe for kitchen sink and washer. He expected to change the embedded pvc pipe in the concrete, while telling us that its just at the surface and it’s not that hard. Mind you, he’s not planning to hack the floor tiles in the kitchen. Given the circumstances, we feel that it would be best to avoid quoting for the project altogether. "

"Brian had opted to do exposed piping instead of the standard concealed pipes for his 2 toilets. It was not easy to pull off, with occupants living in. And we’re very happy that it was a very positive experience for him. "

"This nice couple consulted with us for a few months before deciding to touch base again. Their main concern was actually the total reno price between the different companies. We were definitely one of the most competitive, with added value. They had some really unique designs, which we explored and was executed flawlessly. Really happy that they were very happy as we not only realised their designs, but also did it within timeline and budget. "

"Cesar is a referral from a friend. He is interestingly, an inventor. Just like my friend who referred. And he is also a lecturer in one of the Univerties here. Happy to have connected with him and got to learn more about what he does, and how they are contributing positively to the world. "
